We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst (BA) to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, analyze data, document processes, and develop effective solutions to drive business improvement.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough business requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, and user research.
* Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, concise, and functional specifications for development teams.
* Document business processes, workflows, and user stories using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
* Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met effectively.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations for optimization.
* Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current state and desired future state.
* Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven ability to document complex processes and requirements clearly and concisely.
* Experience with business analysis methodologies (e.g., SDLC, Agile) is a plus.
* Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
