Software & App Tester - SeenIT

We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic Software & App Tester to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software and mobile applications by designing and executing comprehensive test plans. Your keen eye for detail and analytical skills will be instrumental in identifying and reporting bugs and usability issues before they reach our end users.

Responsibilities:

* Design and execute test plans for various software and mobile application functionalities across different platforms (web, Android, iOS).
* Conduct manual and exploratory testing to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
* Utilize automation testing tools and frameworks (when applicable) to improve testing efficiency.
* Report bugs and defects in a clear and concise manner using bug tracking systems. * Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest software testing methodologies and tools.
* Collaborate effectively with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of software issues.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
* Proven experience using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
* Working knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
* Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
* Passion for technology and a strong understanding of the IT industry is a plus.
